Door lock cylinder loose

The door lock cylinder on the driver's side has been sticking, and feeling loose at the same time. (It's normally not an issue until my wife loses the remote again...) I shot some lubricant in through the key hole and that freed up the mechanism some, but it still feels loose/sloppy. I can't really get to anything that I can tighten from the inside of the door.

It looks like there are only a couple of screws holding the whole door handle mechanism in place on the inside, but I didn't want to take them off and theem try to get them back on in such a tight space if there's nothing to be gained. Has anyone taken that off? Is there a way to tighten up the cylinder if I do?
