So i have a metal on metal rubbing sound at idle SOMETIMES only which is weird. When its happening it goes higher with rpms. But once the cars at idle temp for while i feel like it kinda mellos out. Any ideas!?! Also od light flashes 16 times at start up how do i do tranny diag? Cant find it in fsm anywhere. Any help or input is much appreciated. Thanks guys

Thanks man. I tried it multiple time. After i press n release gas pedal nothing happens. Am i suppose to move it to park or start it after i press pedal or anything. Nothing flashes. But still flashes 16 times on start up.

 

Does anyone have any idea what the sound could b. And why the diagnostic isnt working
