Idling issue

Idling issue
I have a 2001 Maxima Stick Shift.
I just changed a ignition coil, spark plug(cylinder 6), and changed the MAF(just myself, in and out from Nissan.
Right now my car is idling between 1400 and 1800 rpms, when ever i'm not in gear. drives fine otherwise. Not throwing any codes now except my 02 sensor in bank 1... lol. Need to figure out how hard or expensive that is to replace...
Any help would be more then appreciative.
