Could you kindly explain what is going on? You don't provide enough information in the post. I can see a yellow-ish on the driver side in first pic, then brighter in the 2nd pic. I'm assuming the 2nd pic is highs.

What's the question?

Pretty much how do I get both of the lights to be all one color? When I switch the high beams on they're supposed to be all blue and when they're not on the original yellowish color. I tried changing sides but got the same results. I'm not sure what's going on.

This may be an indication that you have the wires for high & low beams switched on one of those headlights.

You don't have to take it to a shop. The problem is that one pin in both plug sockets are switched. You have to carefully push out one of the pins and swap in a different spot of another pin.

patience my friend, as reality check has stated : The problem is that one pin in both plug sockets are switched. You have to carefully push out one of the pins and swap in a different spot of another pin. take your time and watch what your doing and make sure it's hooked up properly. gl

I would get a proper bi-xenon harness and bulbs if you really intend on keeping that set up.

The Taiwan Cefiro H4 headlights work well with HID kits. Though the headlights are not a direct drop-in without modification, I believe.
