lightly modded 2000 Max se vs 2007 Max Sl on a highway race?

Wassup, my guy has a 07 Max Sl all stock, and as you might know, I have a 5th gen se, we were going back and forth about which car would win a highway race. Im pretty sure he would take me stock, but im gonna mod up alittle. Cold air intake, nismo catback, vq35 throttle body, pcm tune and obx headers! Those are gonna be my mods when i race him. Do i have a chance againts a stock cvt powered max? Lol, btw, my freeze plug issue has been resolved. Max vs Max, who wins?

Even with all those mods, you think the 07 will still win?

You have a chance, but since it's 3.0 vs 3.5 I say it's not a good chance.
