when to turrn back on overdrive?

When racing with an automatic, at what speed should i switch back on the overdrive?

About 131 mph or just past redline

overdrive is not nitrous

There is no correct speed to "turn on" overdrive.

I usually have OD on when I'm cruising on the highway. And if a race so happens, I turn OD off to lock out fourth gear.
