A/C fuse always burning

I have searched the .org but can't find this issue. I have a 99 3.5 turbo maxima (cefiro a32,maxima sister), this happened when i have changed the radiator two weeks ago, and right after that i noticed the A/C is too hot and the compressor is not working.

I checked the fuse box under the hood driver side and found a burned-out fuse. I took it off and tried to put another, once it touches the metal is burns.

It was like a short circuit. No A/C technician have found the problem.. And i cant drive the car in such hot Weather like 46C°

Maybe the magnetic clutch coil in the AC compressor is shorted?

Happens a lot in the Z32 cars I work on.

We have solved this issue.

I have rewired the AC rely directly from the ecu to the rely and a ground wire from the AC control unit to the ecu.
And skip the **** grounded wires .
