99 with 194,000 miles. Intermittent grinding, feels like going over railroad tracks, usually between 2nd and 3rd gear. Fluid change for tranny soon. The fluid is brownish red and has not been changed for the 75k I've had the car. No slipping on acceleration from stop or at high speed passing. This occurs mostly in normal traffic, warmed up or cold. Newish, 1yr old, CV axles, bearings, tie rods(inner and outer), hubs and control arms. Sometimes occurs while turning, sometime while going straight. No codes. Thoughts?

 

Audible grinding noises like someone who doesnt know how to drive a manual? Or does the car vibrate, shake and bump like you are driving over tracks?
