Cornering lights

I was wondering if the front cornering lights blink when the turn signal is activated? When I have my headlights on the cornering lights light up when I use my turn signals but does not blink. Sorry for the dumb question but this is the 1st non chevy I have owned.

Cornering lights are there to light up the road where headlights aren't pointed. Helps you avoid curbs and low flying clowns. They are not supposed to blink.

That is what I thought just looks weird when it gets brighter when I turn the signal on. Thanks for confirming it.

There was a mod posted on this forum by Andi Baritchi about 20 years ago about connecting two of the wires on the cornering light so it will operate on both filaments of the bulb and be super bring all of the time. I did it 20 years ago, and it hasn't caused any problems, so I think I can "officially" say that it is the real deal !

Only '95-'96 gets brighter while '97-'99 does not. Enjoy it.

Make them full time brighter if you decide it's not the look for you.
