Raccoon is ok. But I have a 900 rpm idle now instead of the usual 650 rpm. Any ideas?

Is your lower radiator support still in one piece? Have you checked your motor mounts?

Thanks Dennis for your reply!
Not yet, but throttle cable is mounted to motor...Are you suggesting the motor may have shiffed a bit, causing this?

Subframe and motor mounts etc look to be okay..I'm going to change the iacv first, then if no change happens I will swap the ecu for another 95 manual ecu I got lying around.

OK so swapped out IACV and it at first had a bit lower of an idle, I turned the adj screw all the way in and it still idles around 800rpm even with the screww all way in, and when I stop the car and put it into neutral it stalls bad and dies, so might go back to the original IACV at least it wouldn't stall with that one, but the idle is still going to be around 900 rpm. Anyone have any more idea?

Is there any slack in the throttle cable? You try, with the car running , unplug the TPS brown connector? It disables the IACV so you can see if it rules it out. Perhaps a vacuum leak that has surfaced from the skidding.

there is slack in the trottle cable, so it's still closing all the way..
The brown TPS connector disconnect trick, I'll try this. If it's the IACV after all then by unplugging it should have little to no effect, If it has a big effect then the IACV is still ok.
Vacuum leak might be ruled out since in my experience they always have unstable behavior, this is pretty straight solid 900rpm idle, no rpm needle fluctuation.

check vacuum hoses and if you dont have a cold air intake check the plastic box in between maf and throttle body for cracks
