Changed o2 sensor now cel is not on

After I changed one o2 sensor because the other one is seized, my cel stopped working. It doesn't even light up when doing a cel reset. ECU going out?

Did you attempt a CEL reset with the ECU screw? If turned all the way right and left in diagnostic mode, CEL light will not illuminate.

IDK the bulb blowing conveniently right after changing but yea it did x my mind. I did the reset also but I will do it again. I have a high idle around 900rpm so figured it was connected.
