Looking for a body repair expert
About a year ago I had all the rust cut out and replaced with new sheet metal.Around rear rear wells and between bumper and front tires.Looked as new.Cant recall body mans info he did it very reasonably as a “work in” so he had the car about 3 mths.Got out last night and noticed a bubble about the size of a BB at top of rear wheel well.On SS so budgets tight any suggestions on repair without making a mess and will last?95 GLX only 105k.

If the previous work done was at a true body shop ... as opposed to some yahoo doing work on the side ... there's likely a warranty associated with the work.
Perhaps go back to the shop as discuss the issue.

Sounds like even if there were warranty, it would likely have run out. Most shops aren't going to warranty a work-in job for more then 12 months. Not to say you shouldn't reach out to the guy...but chances are you're not going to get covered.
It's a shame it took him 3 months to finish, how bad was the original issue? Sounds like it was pretty bad. Problem with cancer, rust is cancer, you have to cut every bit of it out, and when you weld in panels, you have to be certain you don't get messy, inside or outside, and you need to paint both sides of the panel, which if done on the car is hard to do for the inside. Does it look like it's near the welds? If so, that's about the only way you're going to get the shop the readdress this...worth a shot!
Short of that, you end up at a different shop, more money out of pocket for a car that is worth less then $1500 retail, or about $700 as a trade. Id say personally, if it's not leaking water inside the car, and is low enough on the car to not give a damn, just let it rust away and save your money.

or, or get some rust inhibitor spray and sand it down till you can see where the rust stops and make sure you have good clean bare metal and spray with rust inhibitor spray till you get it good and soaked till where the metal is black. then, repaint with touch up till it looks right.
