Worn out ball joints at 28,000 miles - video

Ok I've never worn out ball joints in 28,000miles before!!! Turns out I didn't realize I purchased MOOG's cheapo "R" line crap. I figured Moog parts are well known to be good. NOT!! I didn't read the fine print when I purchased them. But still, okay 28.000 miles? Now that's some serious junk!

Needless to say I was careful with my replacement selection. I got lifetime replacements, unfortunately, I didn't use MOOG this time around.

Hey! CS_AR how have you been man? Great to hear from you.

The replacement control arms / ball joints I purchased are AC Delco.

The Moog ball joints with the grease fittings are the ones that last. MOOG K9818

The RK line of LCAs didn't use these. The CK line did, but they were discontinued a while back. Glad I got mine before that. Flawless ever since. The RK line is really quite inferior.

Sadly Moog doesn't supply any now (CK line only as they were quite good) and now offer Beck Arnley instead. Say What?

I might buy a pair of the above ball joints (MOOG K9818) just to have them in stock as the arms don't wear out. Just the bushings and Ball Joints.
