Help with codes O2 sensors

Ok, I ordered O2 sensors but lost them in my garage. (I'm an irresponsible mess)
Before i get new sensors, i have some codes to figure out. The car used to shudder and miss a little at idle, but seems to be better for some reason, even after all the mentioned recent work and replacements...

1999 I30t Cali emissions 125k auto

P0138- circuit high B1S2
P0139- Circuit slow response B1S2
P0158- Circuit High B2S2

B1S1 voltage- .580 and .020 B1S2 - .320 FLATLINE graph B2S1 .710 and .060 My code reader did not offer a B2S2 option. <---- ??

Bnk 1 short term fuel- -4.7 and -.8 bnk 1 long term- 7.0% flatline bnk2 short trim- -.8 and 1.6

MAF - .49 and .51 lb/min

Work done- New coil packs and plugs, valve gasket, rebuilt injectors from injector RX in Texas, cleaned EGR tube, clean IACV, cleaned throttle and MAF, new air filter, new PCV and grommet, That's about all i can remember right now. I will prob clean MAF again.

I'm guessing the flatline Oxygen sensor means it is just dead? Or should i expect a Catalyst replacement soon?
I am hoping to do struts and Oxygen sensors tomorrow. I will keep posted.
Thanks again everyone.
