Gunk in my oil
Could anyone tell me if it would be worth it to take my oil pan off and manually scrub it clean? Is it as easy as just taking out a few bolts, the gasket, and then putting everything back together? I really want to make sure my oil is running as clean as it can be. Or does doing an engine flush do just the same thing?
Thanks in advance.

If you change your oil regularly and use a good brand, you won't have any gunk in the oil pan. Removing the pan is a PITA, and you have to be very meticulous when you reassemble it or you will get leaks.
My advice is don't mess with it.

Just really a general question, My friend just got a brand new 2002 Sentra SE-R Spec V, and as we were looking under the hood, with only 39 miles on it, the oil is virtually CLEAR! You could barely see a line on the dipstick it's so clean. Just kindof got me motivated to do as much as I can to make sure mine is as clean as possible.
