Blower does not work

I have a 1995 maxima with manual ac control.
I checked the blower motor and it is good when i check it with ohmmeter. And then i tried to measure voltage to the blower and it was (off = 0V), (1 = 12v), (2 = 12V), (3 = 12V) and (4 = 12V) i dont know what do check next.
thanks

Does the blower work if the fan switch is on the high setting. Also does not work on the other settings

Did you try pinning out power directly to the blower motor to see if it works? You can pin out power with wires from a booster pack, car battery or whatever 12v source just have to be careful
