1999 Maxima SE - Someone Tried to Steal Spoiler - IDEAS?

Hi group!

I have a 1999 Nissan Maxima SE.... someone tried to steal the Spoiler by pulling it up hard which broke the plastic clips.... it is hard-wired into the brake system -
Does anyone know if I can try to glue (using body shop adhesive) the spoiler back on - I cannot find the clips and don't know how to install them so glue seems easier.

Any ideas?

Also, I need a new ignition key - do I have to get it at the dealer or is there an inexpensive place to order one from?

Thank you!
