See my signature to download the Factory Service Manual (FSM). The job is easy, but time consuming. If its your first time, set aside a whole day.

TIP: Remember to lube the injector as you re-install it. Do NOT force it in, you'll tear the o-ring. It should POP right in.

Number 5 is under the manifold nearest to the driver.

You're going to need a whole bunch a new gaskets too. While you're in there, I'd service and/or replace cylinders 1 and 3 as well.

If you do a search, this topic has been covered hundreds and hundreds of times.

EDIT: Do you have a CEL? Have you ruled out that it could be a coilpack issue and not an injector issue?

literally just had the same issue on my mom's I30. i bought a set of 6 refurbished/flow matched injectors off of ebay from motor man fuel injection supply, as far as gaskets go, some you can maybe get by without if you leave certain things attached.
upper intake plenum gasket
throttle body gasket
egr tube gasket for back of manifold
iacv gasket
injector isolators

while you are in that deep, i would also change some of the vacuum hoses that will probably be brittle and cracked. i did the rear valve cover gasket and pcv valve as well. i would get new washer seals for the valve cover bolts as well. don't forget a tube of honda bond for the corners of the valve cover on the passenger side of it. (known to leak without it and its done from the factory as well.)

it's a somewhat intimidating process but it's fairly easy. if you haven't had your plenum off before, there are two hidden bolts on the back of it for a couple braces. most people typically leave them off. the dealer or previous owner left them off my mom's car apparently. i can't remember if i put them back in my maxima or not.

The Vessel impacta JIS screwdriver saved me for the screws holding on the injector "caps". Others on the site recommended it.
