Some kind of leak from tubing

Hello, last night my 97 maxima started smoking a lot so after I parked it I checked to see and it was leaking a good amount of what I assume was water because it was clear and not oily.
Today I filled up coolant reservoir with water and turned it on and ran it for about 5 minutes and nothing happened so i revved it to 2k in neutral, put it back in park and it was smoking and leaking again, I put my phone upside down to try and see the leak and it seems to be this hose that I can't get to normally. What is this?

Edit: Called my pops about it and he said it might be the heater hose, not sure though.

From the videos I filmed this was all I could get from what might be leaking, I hope it's just this, not sure if there is more elsewhere, video of this is in the drive link

It is the hose that circulates water through to the throttle body it looks like. it's just a 180 degree loop and it connects to the intake plenum as well.
