it's the 2002 with 255 HP.
2002 has a 3.5L VQ35 (255 HP)
2000-2001 have a 3.0L VQ30 + variable intake manifold (222 HP)
1995-1999 have a 3.0L VQ30 w/o variable intake manifold (190 HP)
There's a sticky in one of the forums (possibly general) on the differences between the VQ35 and the VQ30 engines.
