When turning clears in to red/clears on 95-96 has anyone used this instead of paint?

When turning clears in to red/clears on 95-96 has anyone used this instead of paint?
Instead of using paint to turn clears in to red/clears for 95-96 has anyone used either this spray on film that is suspose to be removable incase it doesnt turn out perfect? heres a link
