I have 75,000 on my 97 GLE and it has always had 87 ran it in. I just started using 93 octane. i am on my 2nd tank and seeing better gas milage. What does the 104 red bottle octane booster do for me? I just changed my spark plugs. I didnt do any damage using 87 did i? iam going to only use 93 now. my check engine light is on and i gotta check it out this week and do a test. just came on about 2 months ago but everything still runs great.

that octane booster stuff doesnt do much........especially if u are already using premium fuel.......it doesnt do much because the maxima was made to run with 91-93....anything higher wood be a waste
