any one know if vss will trip ks code pleae help
guys i have done some research i have not found an answer to my question.will a vehicle speed sensor code also trip a knock sensor code.i had these exact same 2 code the past so one,or both of these sensors are bad.i know how to check the knock sensor.but im not sure on the location of the vehicle speed sensor.
i have the Hanes manual and it says its located on the trasaxial or something that, but i dont even know what that is.i have read on how to diagnose the vss but just the location puzzles me.please guys if anyone can help me out id appreciate it.

No. Chances are the KS code has been there a while, but you haven't noticed since it doesn't set the CEL.
Note that the VSS code can also be caused by a bad cluster, loose screws on the back of the cluster, wiring harness issues, etc. Don't automatically assume it's a bad VSS without doing any actual diagnosis.
