You did asked at idle right? That's why I answered 34psi 
No test port. You have to taped in after the fuel filter like you said.

One in the tank. I have one off my 1999 SE you can have for cheap. E-mail me a resonable offer. New one from the dealer is about $250. You could go aftermarket, but they are much louder.
