Turning Problems (maybe struts?)

I'm wondering if the struts on my maxima are bad. See, when I really notice it is when i'm driving up this one hill by my house. Its kinda steep and is a gradual turn all the way up. When i'm going up (at about 30mph) speed limit is 35, I feel the car drifting to the outside. It sorta feels like my tires are bald, however my tires are brand new so it can't be that. I am going to get a front strut bar, but I was wondering if I may also need new struts. If anyone knows let me know.

This is how I learned how to tell if my shocks/ struts are bad. Just push down on the car above each wheel. It shouldn't bounce more than once, and if it does then you need new ones. Maybe that will help.
