Where do you connect the window on a n20 set-up?

you must be talking about the rpm switch because the relay is the only other thing with 4 wires and its red, blue, green and orange... and be nice to Ramius.. he is running a 100 shot so he has experience with NOS so he is only trying to help you..

dude if you want help with NOS stuff.. you are going to have to kill that attitude.. because as it stands right now.. you have ****ed off two NOS veterans with your f#cking sh!tty attitude..
keep burning bridges..

The red wire goes to a 12v power source
The black wire goes to a ground
The yellow wire goes to the ground of the #1 NOS solenoid
The white wire goes to the stripped coil wire

no, he was talking about the coils in the engine bay (where your spark plugs go). there are 3 wires coming from each coil. you want the one w/ the spripe on the wire...

I have a question about hooking up a different Window Switch that requires a relay to connect to the NOS solenoids. I guess my actual switch connects similarly to the coil wire as the NOS/MSD types. However I need to connect the switch to the relay any detail instructions on how to do that?

If I remove the ECU from its bracket, which wire is the coil wire since it probably doesn't matter which cylinder it is from? Let me know if I am not grasping the obvious, thanks.

So I do connect the window switch to the ECU on the coil wire and then connect the relay to the switch and the relay controls the solenoids?

RED - 12V constant
GREEN - nitrous relay ground, after your full throttle switch
WHITE - Tach wire off the ECU harness. This tach wire is a white wire with a green stripe. below is a picture of the ECU harness so you can see where the wire is. it's going to be wire #5.
BLACK - Chassis Ground
below is a picture of where the tach lead is located on the ECU harness:
