Do I have to use NGK spark plugs????

I went to Kragens and the guy told me not to waste my money on NGK platinums spark plugs. He just sold me the autolite sparkplugs which were 3 dollars a peace. The NGK were 19.99 a piece. BEfore I install it, can anyone tell me their opinions about it? T

You can get NGK's for $6-$10.00 a piece. He was ripping you off.

Extreme nissan, Courtesy, and lots of other places have alot better prices.

Autolite is OK, but it's a general agreement on the board that the NGK's are the best. You'll probably be fine with those Autolites, but they won't last 1/2 as long.

You can use them but your car will not perform like it should. I have the Bosch +4's and they do work but the engine has a small lag in power in low RPM's. Take those plugs back and order some from Courtesy Nissan or any other Nissan dealership that have good prices on NGK's. The Kragens salesperson says the NGK's are a waste of money because he can't sell tham at a good price.

The guy at Kragen is an idiot.

You will lose performance.

Please don't listen to what minimum wage employees tell you unless they are saying "FIRE! FIRE!" and you need to leave the building.

Go buy the NGK plats at a dealer.
