Does anyone know how to look at the valves ?
Does anyone know how to look at the valves i want to know if they are in bad shape or is there a test to figure it out ? and one last thing if i need to adjust anything how can i adjust it ?

No offense, but you may have a lot to learn before attempting a valve adjustment, if you need to ask this question.
I recommend picking up a shop manual like Hayne's or Chilton's (Haynes is better)

The vlaves arent really adjustable like normal engines. The head must be taken apart and the vlave lash must be measured. Then if any of them are out of spec, you must replace shims on the vlave springs to get them back to the right clearance. This is a very long and time consuming process.
So, the general idea is, if you cant hear the valve noise with the hood closed, then all is well. If you can, then you are looking at major $$$ for the fix.
