My Service Engine Soon light just came on. From my understanding, this has to do with the emissions of the vehicle. I currently have a Cattman Y on my car right now, which was put on around 6k mi. ago. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? I have 56,000 mi. on my 97 Max right now. I'd rather not have to take it somewhere, but I don't know what it could be.....and if it could get worse if I let it go. There is no drive/sound differences that I can notice when I drive. -Thanks for reading-

 

I've had some problems with Check Engine Lights recently too.
have you pulled the diagnostic code off of the ECU yet?
