help me out with how to install the GAUGE BEZEL, PLEASE~!!!!!!

I bought this bezel about two weeks ago n i habn't got it on mah gauge yet...i tried to put it on but it didn't work out...so people help me~

thats for installing indiglo guages but its basically the same instructions
