putting sexima on a diet

putting sexima on a diet

since imma be getting TWO subs.. yea.. im going to get TWO now...
since four will be too heavy...
tell me some things i can do to get rid of some weight...

how much weight do i loose if i put racing seats instead of the stock ones?
stock ones heavy?


anything eles i can take off?

Take out the spare (with jack and tools) because you won't be able to get to it with the subs. As far as mods there's lightweight rims, carbon-fiber parts, and the race seats aren't much lighter (if at all) than stock ones. Other than that there's not much unless you wanna gut your interior...

depends on power seat or not, my power seat is over 50lbs. On the Z you can swap the passenger seat to the driver seat cause its ALOT lighter, dunno if that works for the Max or not. Dont forget the weights on those seats are WITHOUT brackets, once you put brackets in, you are about the same, maybe a few lbs lighter then a non power Max seat.

Wow, I wouldnt have figured the brackets alone are so heavy.

better have AAA if u plan on taking ur spare tire out to loose weight.. mine as well take off four lug nuts on each tire to save weight... just doesnt sound smart to me
