Help. Replacing factory fog lights

I already checked the search but couldnt find the answer i am looking for.

I have some super whites i wanna put in. So i unscrewed the little cover by the light. then there was/is two screws that look like they have to come off to remove the light part to get to the bulb. Well those screws wont unscrew. I have lost my owners manual, so i cant check that out. am i doing everything right. any other way i should be doing this. can i get to it from the hood. Please help me out. I really appreciate it, as these the the last light for me too do.

Thanks
Sillmatic

This probably won't help but I have a 95 SE and to replace the FOG lights on my car I have to push in and up on the inside end of the lens to remove a clear/reflective piece that then gives me access to a single screw. With the clear/reflective piece off and the screw out the lens then pulls out as if it had a hinge on the side opposite the screw. Then I just dis-connect the wire connector and free the bulb by removing a metal spring lock. I can also access mine from under the car, but have to remove a few screws holding the splash guard up to the underside of the engine. Hope this helps. One last thing; make sure you don't touch your new bulb w/ your fingers. Good luck.

There is a little piece of plastic covering two small bolts. You need to remove that. Then you remove the two small bolts, and the fog light should come free.

If you're able to spin the screws can you pull out on them as your turn them. Maybe they've been screwed in past the thread lines? Or maybe their is one of those clips, like come w/ some speakers, that is spinning behind the screw. If you can't get them out by pulling outward on the screw until it starts then I would just gain access to the fogs from underneath. Good luck.

Ditto. I believe those bolts are not just phillips, but also 10mm. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
