suspension parts
ok i know we've been through this all before but i have a 95 max with tokico/eibach. the guy who installed my springs/struts apparently forgot to install the dust boot/spring sleeves and what not. so i get that clicking noise going over bumps and grinding noise when turning. the dealership would't elaborate on exactly what i need...but they did tell me that i had to order new springs/struts to fix the problem which i know is BS! which parts do i need to order? from the suspension post, i'm looking at the list for parts that i can order. i know i need the dust covers for both front and rear, poly sleeves for all 4, and i think the dealership did mention something about lacking rubber seats, but what else do i need? strut spacers? strut bearings? what does the cover washer and the isolation bushing do for the rear set-up? thanks for all your help.

Doa search for a suspension diagram or get one from your dealer!
Get the diagram and call one of the Nissan Dealerships and talk to one of the reps. That is what I did to get some info
I did to get these same questions answered. They will tell you you need to change everything which probably is bulls$%^!
I just did a suspension swap on a 97GLe and I only replaced my dust boots.
Without dustboots your strut could be screwed up but, I highly doubt your spring is affected.
also, what did you do, get Stevie Wonder to do your struts and springs the first time. It is really straightforward when you take this apart.
Do a search as there are tons of threads here that will answer this very question. Good luck and whatever you do, do not let that guy do your struts again!!!
