2) If your ebrake cable indeed needs to be adjusted, I highy recommend even a cheap shop manual. It will locate and advise on now to perform the procedure.

3)If you choose to ingore 1) and 2), then please arrange to have it looked at by a qualifed mechanic. Brakes are no laughing matter.
