altezza 3rd bulb rewiring?

hey everyone,
i was wondering if anyone could email some directions on how to rewire that ugly third bulb on the altezza's? i read one guy made it his blinker which sounds cool...cuz why have it on at all otherwise? i'm not too mechanically inclined but will try to do it if it's not too difficult. any suggestions will be much appreciated. thanx

btw, don't you hate when ignorant people laugh when you talk about maximas being sporty and they say why would you do that? gets me mad every damn time!!!! yes.

hey,
a guy in another thread told me how to change it. it was on the 22nd i believe, but i'll try to tell you what he posted. there are two wires connected to the ugly third light(the supposed side marker). one wire is black, the one other than black (sorry i don't know what color it is maybe white or read) anyways...cut that wire about half way so there is still room to connect both ends later. second, the light that is the altezza blinker, you strip part of it so you can attach the third light wire to that. then just tape up or use one of those things that closes the lose wire that goes into the third light that we no longer need. so after the others are connected, there will now be power going to it causing it to blink with the blinker and otherwise shut off hopefully. i hope that makes enough sense for you to do on your own. i'm gonna attempt it this week if the weather picks up. goodluck, and if that doesn't work out, you could always just put a red bulb in it.

Does anybody have better, or more specific information on how to do this? I'm not ready to rewire the lights based on what someone thinks someone said.
