fuel injector cleaning

I recently changed the plugs, fuel filter, and the air filter on my 96 max 5-sp. The car is still a little sluggish so I was thinking about getting a fuel injector cleaning done on the car at Nissan. The main thing I am worried about is I have heard it may foul the plugs which I just paid $90 for about a month ago. Also I am worried about my fuel filter getting clogged. Does this cleaning by Nissan clean the intake and the throttle plate as well as the injectors? Should I do it and risk my plugs? Oh yeah, I also heard it may ruin my sensors too. I don't know...I really want to get it done despite all of the possible downsides I have heard because I have heard it does wonders for a car with as many miles as mine(145,000). Thanks a lot.
