i own a 96 maxima and i'm having problems with the factory car alarm. for some bizarre reason, whenever the car is parked outside when the temperature reaches say 75 degrees outside the car alarm decides to go off for no apparent reason. i swear this NEVER happens in the winter but only when it gets warm outside. it happened all the time last summer, and its started again this spring. any ideas of what the problem might be and how to fix it???? or is there some way i can just deactivate the alarm??? thanks in advance.

One of your sensors (esp. glass or shock) is installed in/on an area that expands in the heat. The noise or vibration is setting it off. You can verify this if your alarm reports back which 'zone'.
