what types of front strut tower bars are you guys using? i don't have one yet, but i found a couple on ebay for pretty cheap. they usually are going for $20-$40. are any of these worth having or is there a sho' nuff good un out there i need to get. i figure just having one will be better than nothing...

P.S. make sure you get one though, the difference it makes is crazy.

I have the CustomMaxima.com one and it works great. Nice polished finish and very durable. It's not as showy as the Stillen one, but with a little paint and some vinyl that can all be taken care of.

yea i agree with getting a stillen....i use to have a matrix fstb and it kept rubbing against my A/C pipe i had to take it off...the stillen fstb doesn't even touch the pipe...so i guess the extra 150 bucks for me was money well spent

works fine
I got my FSTB from an Ebay auction. directcarparts@hotmail.com was who I got it from and it worked fine and looks good--polished aluminum with black "C" connections. The strut clears everything it needs to on my "99 SE. There are also FSTBs sold in the parts for sale forum. From a functional standpoint, I don't see why you would spend more money. The FSTB is a brace so I don't see how one piece of aluminum (within reason) is going to brace better than another.

hey,
i got a Vibrant front strut bar and it was only $30. it feels great and i think it's a better value for the same product. i can definately notice a difference with it on. i say get what you want but i've heard they all feel the same. goodluck!
