Y-Pipe a little long

To people with WSP Y-Pipe, was yours a little long? It pushed my exaust tip about 2 inches out past my bumper.

WSP y-pipes

FYI, all our pipes are assembled in a jig. What that means is they all fit the same, length of all the pipes are exactly the same from y-pipe to y-pipe. Personally, I have not heard this complaint before. A longer pipe will not fit in the jig. Be sure to check out all your hangers under car, especially the one the holds the cat. as these are noted for trouble. If you still believe you have a fitment issue, I would snap several photos with a digital camera and e-mail them to Dallas at out WSP web address. Also, please remember, we don't always check here daily, and we don't do customer service on Maxima.org.

well mine seemed to have slightly shifted my exhaust system , but that doesnt mean it wasnt a good fit. i have heard and now know that WSP has a good fit.
however my muffler kind of bangs against things now.

MY QUESTION: when i turn LEFT i hear a rattle/scraping noise and have determined its coming from somewhere around the front of the y pipe where the collectors are- any ideas people?

There is a hanger in that general area for the stock Y-pipe that looked like it was very close to my Warpspeed one. I removed it because it looked like it could rub the Warpspeed pipe and it was not needed. Maybe that is what is causing your problem.
