I just decided to check my code since everyone and there mom was getting a knock sensor error and what do you know I also ended up getting the famous 0304 error. So today I bought a new knock sensor and put it in... wow all my low end power is back. Im not sure about top end since I havent taken her on the highway but it sure feels like it revs faster. I also work for a dealership and the knock sensor cost me $123 plus tax so I got a good deal on it. Its not a HUGE difference but it was definatly noticable since my car was running sluggish before. I check my code about 30 min later when I got home and it read 0505 which is no problem detected so everything is good...now i have to see if my gas mileage problem gets any better.

 

Yeah I just replaced mine recently and I noticed a big difference as well. I reclaimed some of that power loss I was feeling. I also got that 0505 which is just so nice to see.

well right now im averaging around 150-170 half tank when last year i was getting over 200 to the half tank so im hoping this fixes it and gives me my gas mileage back....now to fix the y-pipe/cat bracket banging i keep getting
