Will this work in a 1997 5spd?

No, according to about 5 people I asked a few weeks ago. I don't understand why, and no one know absolutely for sure, but I was told that you HAVE to have the specific ECU for your tranny.

perfect for me though....do those really help? like noticeable?

Great deal for anybody with an auto. Just be aware of the MIL light lighting up on a 97 (rear 02 sensor). Also this program was never tweaked correct for the 97.

Gee, I never got a nice silkcreened logo from G-force
