Someone please help me with a clutch problem

Hey everyone, I did a search, but it didn't really help that much, I need advice from some of you who know alot about cars.

Well, here's what's happening: after the car is warmed up, starting off gently in first, as I am about to release the clutch, the drivetrain shakes. It doesn't do it if I give it alot gas or start off fast. It only does it after the car has been warmed up. I had the clutch replaced about 10 months ago, and I have been extremely dissatisfied with it from the start. Like if you drive it hard, say one full throttle 1-2 shift, it will grab adequately (though not impressively), but immediately after only one case of hard driving it slips horribly. My old clutch w/ 65k miles on it was about 100 times stronger!!! (the only reason I replaced it was b/c they were doing tranny work and I figured why not save some money and replace the clutch then- I regret it now) I took it to the dealer a while back and they said there was nothing wrong with it. THey also said it was a stock OEM clutch, not a "key value". I really have no idea what the problem is. And I am really worried here because I am only 400 miles out of the warranty the dealer provides. I am hoping they will fix whatever is wrong, even though I am out of the warranty. Seeing as I have complained about the clutch from the start, they might take that into consideration.

Does anyone have and suggestions or info?

Shakes, as in shudders?? Maybe they didn't re-surface the flywheel?

Yes, it's more of a shudder. If resufacing the fly-wheel is the fix, and it's something they didn't do, are they obligated?

Any good shop should do it anyway since the clutch was replaced. As for whether they are obligated to do it,

Yeah, the answer is: NISSAN CANNOT BUILD A TRANNY FOR ****!!!!!!!!

J/k, but not really......so your clutch slips bad too? Was it replaced?

Pressure plate needs to be replaced or resurfaced, flywheel should be looked at closely too for resurfacing.

They should have done it. Bring it back...
