Yesterday I installed a Ractive conial air filter. Before I installed it, I was expecting a very slight change in noise but once it was on, it nearly scared me. On the highway, the engine was screaming and I did notice a little improvement in performance. The only problem I have is that the air filter is touching the fender. Does anyone sell a bracket that will hold up the air filter housing? Can I get one from stillen?

I had the same problem. I just put a piece of adhesive rubber tape to cushion the filter from banging up against the sidewall. Anything will do so as it sticks to the sidewall and cushions the filter it will be ok. I also have the Ractive Superflow Conical Filter.

You can just get a strip of backstrap and bolt it on to make a bracket so that it doesn't bounce and put any undue stress onto the intake and throttle body.
