ECU Code 15/2

Hey - I performed the ECU diagnostic according to the instructions in this post. I watched the pulses like 6 times to make sure I got the numbers exactly correct. The code is got was 15 short pulses, 2 long pulses. BUT, when I use the decoder tool it says "UNDEFINED"! Anyone else ever get this code??

Thats true

There is no such code 1502. Is it re-occurring? If not I wouldnt worry about it.

I actually had the Nissan dealer run the 15/2 code for me, and they said it was the gas tank pressure sensor. (they had a fancier name for it). Apparently there's a valve that opens when there's too much pressure in your gas tank, and my valve wasn't operating correctly this morning. I reset the light and I'll see if it happens again.

Re: ECU Code 15/2

The code you are getting is 0215. Even though it is undefined..if you do a search, it has something to do with the Evap Control System mounted under the car behind the left rear wheel. My car has been gicing this code for over a week...I'll reset it..it'll go away for about 20 miles, then the light will come back on.
I've checked for water and the operstion of the solenoid, but the ses light continues to come on.
Good luck
