Just wondering what does this mean? Is the car ride still ok? Is it better than stock after 10K miles or 60K miles for that matter? Tokico says they have a lifetime warranty to defects and wear outs, why not just return them for new ones? I was wondering because i was going to buy a set and want to know what to expect.

They do have lifetime warranty, but they don't reimburse you for labor. Which is about $50 per shock plus alignment if it's the front. If you are not very demanding driver, I don't think you will have any problems. For people that want the best in handling, these are just not going to cut it.

Wow! So it's gonna cost me $200 to put on my springs and shocks? How about just springs, how much is install on that? Do you do spring install Tony? I could pay you. If not, where do you recommend I go in the DC area? Thanks.

It should cost the same regardless if you change the shocks are not, since they have to disassemble the stock/strut assemblies to change the springs anyways. Best deal is to get both springs/shocks changed at once and avoid paying twice for the labor.

I'm from the DC area and I go to Creative Auto Customizing off of Central Ave (MD Beltway Exit 15B). They are gonna do my springs and struts altogether for $135. They say if you just want the springs with the stock struts, it'll be $155. So, its better to get them both done all at once and save a lot of money. It's cheaper because they can do both installations at once.

Wow, thats not a bad price at all. Can you give me their number and a name of whom to speak to. Did you buy your springs/shocks from them? When you get them installed, please tell me how their work was. Thanks.

I kinda forgot the number, but when you get it from the directory it should be off of Central Ave., ask for Rob or Neil. Rob and Neil both know me as Ben (the filipino guy that drives the black Maxima with chrome 17's that isn't dropped yet) if you feel you wanna say who referred you but I doubt that's necessary. But yeah, I am supposed to get the car dropped by them because they do a very good job. Right now, I'm thinking of what kind of struts to get for incoming Intrax springs, so the work won't be done anytime soon, but I recently got a price estimate from them. I'm like 90% sure that was the price they were planning to do it for. I didn't get my springs from them but they do sell parts for cheap.

I got mine done at Pep Boys for that much. I would try Autothority or CDE Motorsports. $200 is the going rate, but anything less is better =)
