how is this made? any kinda performance increase? where does it go exactly....if anyone could give me a step by step instruction on how to make it, put it on, and all that good stuff id greatly appreciate it....

well its what everyone on here is talkin about....im guessing its what is in between the intake mani and the MAF ??? ....people are saying hosing and nipples...i wanted to know how to make it

Yeah, I was gonna point you to that thread. I don't know about power increase. DO you still have the stock air intake on there? You could do the $15 upper piece or even by one for a lot more but if you have the stock air box i don't think it would do anything for you. If you have a pop charger, it will probably just make your intake a little louder w/ no real notice in power. I'm not sure about that though. I may do it to my car just to clean up the engine bay some.

I've done the "$15 upper intake" plus an OSCAI with K&N panel filter & love the setup. Great sound, decent power gain up top, above & beyond just the stock setup w/ K&N panel.

 

Not to go off topic, but I'd like to see a closeup picture of your grille... And how you made it... It looks good...
