Is it possible to.. ?
I was just wondering if it is possible to swap 97 maxima's trunk lid and tail lights witha 96-99 I30 trunk lid and tail lights ???? comments will be appreciated.. thanks

Conversions have been done from a 96 end to a 97-99 so it can probably be done the other way around.

He said I30 trunk .... I dunno.

5th gen muffler on 4th gen is not a bolt-on, but you can always weld one on. Do a search to see benefits.

To answer the orginal question...

I think you would need to get new fenders too. Park next to an I30 and take a look.

Hey i have a 96 I30, i want the maxima trunk and the lights, no joke. Where do you live maybe we can meet up and see if it works.

check the Warpspped page. they are doing the muffler conversion when you send thema muffler!

atlanta. i was more looking for the 99 i30s. since they are diamond clear. just a thought.. nothing is final ever LOL

Yes, you can. the long red bar, and the turn signals are the same for 96 and 99 ones.... 98 99 ones just look better.

How hard is it to get those? Any idea what they cost? I assume it doesnt involve replacing the trunk lid.

You will have to replace the trunk lid. And the cost? Hmm I dunno. But hey I have an I30 and I will traid trunks and lights for FREE!!! I live in IL.
