99 horsepower?
how much hp does a 99 have?
isnt it 222? or is it 190?

Yes, that is correct.
All 4th Gens (1995-1999) had 190 hp.
Some 5th Gens (2000-2001) had 222hp.
The other 5th Gens (2002) have 255hp.

Correction/addition: 2001 AE (anniversary edition) Maxima had 227.
