Long time for Idle to drop

Long time for Idle to drop
Ok it seems that it takes a long time for my car to warm up. The idle stays really high when I start my car. I usualy have to wait a bit for it to drop to a normal level, otherwise if I throw it into drive it launches forward, hard. This happens regardless of weather.

My idle changed after I cleaned my throtle body. It idles too low upon starting when the engine is hot. I don't know how to change the idle. Maybe someone else has the answer. Thought I would post so I would get notified when someone else gives the answer.
