Will you decrease by .157, probably, maybe more.
BTW I reduced my 60' by almost .2 with 205/45/15 555R's over the stock 16's.
How much you reduce is also dependent on how fast you are now. The slower you are, the more you will help by suspension mods. If you are in the 14-15 range which most people are, you will be pleasantly surprised with your times if you are willing to spend the time and try different settings and document each change so you know where you are going.
This is also controversial and some people will disagree with me, but this is my experience. I am a grandpa and started drag racing in 1969 before most of you were probably born. That don't make me smart, but I have tried most performance enhancements on a few different machines ie RWD, FWD, bikes, sleds etc and have learned most from trial and error than any other method.

Well, I'll have an answer for you probably by next week. I drag race often, right now my traction sux because I have subs in the trunk and a trailer hitch so the front wheels are literally gettin lifted up off the ground. I have Sprint/KYB on the way.

It will help you by putting more rubber on the road because the tire will even out, and it will reduce the rear suspension from compressing as posted above and it will give you even tire wear.
